It's a great game. The film noire atmosphere is really fantastic. 3DM crack does not work, I launch it with THETA crack and exe files blocked in the firewall ( for people asking if 3DM works ).
LE: It's kinda bad ported, but it looks great on 1920x1080 with all maxed out. It sometimes has some minor fps drops and I really don't like the view distance. I run it with -nonv.

It has a nice atmosphere and story, but gameplay wise it gets very boring very fast.
It has always the same pattern, and it's really too easy to find every clue. I'm almost at the end of disc 2 (well my gf is, for some strange reason it's one of the few games she is interested in).
I'm tempted to download it for pc to play it in higher resolution, but i dunno if i really have the time.

Wonder if that patch (Since there have been no update to the game.) is their way to bypass the protection, there's only one LANoire.exe process for me in comparison to the info on the previous page, might be why FRAPS won't work properly, might hook to the wrong program.
EDIT: Ah I forgot, game requires several registry values, that might be what that sets up then.

can some please help me with this? did everything in the theta nfo but the game launches says no internet connection i cant use social club in game and my only option is to exi. Any help please? thanks

Can't get the game to boot, did exactly as in the nfo, installed everything that was required and still the game doesnt boot .
Basically nothing happens after the la noire logo .

u might need to wait longer, for me it takes around 1 minute to reach the menu, it checks data, it checks dlc shit, it checks update, it checks saves, it check every shit and log ins to the club shit and checks again

No, it doesn't work .
The logo appears and sits on the desktop for 30 seconds and then disappears, and that's all.

Yes, that's because of the -str parameter. I didn't find a way to make it go away for now.

For me it did that when I forgot to copy the crack files, after installing the patch, otherwise it should start in offline mode.

I updated and then copied the crack files. In my crack directory though (dvd2) there is only the patch and 2 dll files. Is that normal?
