I mailed Intkeys. English was a bit average but they are aware of concerns and will inform everyone via mail the moment they know. They hope it'll be 1-2 days before release. No guarantees since no one knows whether the game will be language locked. So any speculation now is useless since the supplier itself has no clue.

How will they be able to know 1-2 days before it unlocks in Russia?

It has noting to do with Steam. The stores aren't supposed to sell it.

I have no clue. Try preloading and see if the language packs are there?

No they cant. They can install some files, but they still need to be decrypted, which wont happen before the release day.

EDIT: sorry, should have read more closely.

It does have to do with steam. I live in the Netherlands. So they're selling the games now, for all platforms i assume. People on 360 and PS3 can play with those sold games. (confirmed on dutch forums) People on PC can't because the game is locked by steam...

That is if it is possible to see the language packs from the encrypted files. Maybe its simply that you can choose which language you want to preload in?

That's what he said, lol. Everyone EXCEPT PC gamers. The game is being sold by some stores already, so legit (and pirate) 360/PS3 owners can play the game now. PC gamers can't due to Steam release date locks.

It doesn't matter if you win the game, only that you bought it.

So true. I'll throw my money at companies that avoid DRM, like CD Projekt. Everyone else does not get any from me, for the most part. Bethesda has been an exception in the past but I don't think I'll be buying Skyrim.

Anyway, for those looking for fresh gameplay / commentary, there's a bunch here and it's not terrible: http://mangg.freeforums.org/all-mangg-skyrim-videos-dl-and-streams-t40.html

Part 17 has plenty of werewolf gameplay. He did the main quest initially but then started doing side quests around half way through the vids.

How is this Bethesda's fault? Come on, I'm not defending them - but you CANNOT blame the developer/publisher for some grotty stores breaking street date. It's not Bethesda's fault stores are selling the console versions of the game prior to official release.

Pitchforks sharpened - check
Torches lit -check
These boots be made for walking - check

STORM THE CASTLE!

To be fair Steamworks is designed for this kind of thing. It's very good at ensuring the release date is kept. After that... all bets are off.

Somewhat unexpected but the disc image seems to be out on a few P2P sources.
(Different than the previous Cs.rin upload but the same files since it's the same image.)
