I was banned for having a controversial opinion. It was neither racist or Nazist. I would like to have an explanation.

as you pointed out yourself in the other thread, this was the reason given to you: 
so you should know why you were banned. You assert here that it was "unlawful" but you neither have explained in this thread, or in the other - which i closed - why it is that you think it is "unlawful".
i havent been the one that banned you, but it doesnt really matter, as i always tell everybody in this situation about the same thing, which can be found here:

also, opening the same thread again, after it has been closed, without first consulting the mod that did so, has seldom resulted in something good.

in you case, your argument about genes / stupidity of people and breeding from that other thread is a textbook-case of standard-nazi-rhethoric as you yourself where aware as far as i can tell (as you allude to the fact, that you know that your intelligence-and-genes quote / link was seen as such in that thread). Your "arguments" were reported several times, so mods looked into the thread and took action. Since a duck looks like a duck, when it quacks like a duck, you were banned for nazi-bullshit-arguments (which imho have been discussed to death on the board as well).
That is the situation from my perspective.
edit: ah, ninja'd  => the reason in the ban even says that the mod didnt think you were, but that he thought you were making a nazi-argument, so it wasnt meant as a personal degradation.

Your opinion is certainly along the lines of other supporters of eugenics including nazis, no?
8 out of 10 dentists prefer zipfero to competing brands(fraich3 and Mutantius)!

Is there anything you still want to know? I think Lutzi made a pretty good explanation already.
Considering what you said about "a couple of US scientists" being called racists for publishing a (I presume) scientific paper, with data to back up their claims, you should know it's not a harmless subject. You can't just say such things (that poor people are somehow genetically weak) without showing strong evidence. If you have, for instance, statistics that support your idea, you have a point (which can be discussed, or contested), and if you don't, well, people are going to call you a nazi, 'cause it looks like you're saying it out of prejudice.
That's how I see it. And like I already told you, I'm not trying to censor your posts, but the ones that got you banned did make (other) people angry at you for a reason.
P.S. I did see you getting grumpy about the ban on a few topics though. I even wondered why you didn't just send me a PM about it.
