Turn signals? Try overtaking someone on the LEFT side, in a CROSSING... 
Either the traffic rules in Russia are completely bonkers, or people in Russia simply don't know how to drive, use signals, brake, yield to traffic from the right, wait for meeting traffic to stop/finish before trying to turn left at a crossing etc. etc. etc...
