I didn't get any response in the console section, so I'll ask it here.
Can you remove the quest marker in the game and when given a quest or location of interest, do you get actual directions how to go to the place or do you have to rely on the map and compass pointing the exact way?

just got this on the derpbox 360 and i LOVE IT! it fulfills every expectation i had. im sure this will be the game of the year , its insanely good even on the xbox

cant wait til it gets out on pc.. and i mean it i cant waaait! i promised myself i wouldnt play too much on the xbox and "ruin" the pc experience, but i just cant keep myself from playing it

first 10 hours felt like 10 minutes cause it sucks you in

and from what ive seen so far the level system and the skill (perk) system is absolutely fantastic and should keep you going for ages

expect the usual bethseda bugs tho, had a few npcs do strange stuff, like the blacksmith fall into the river getting stuck, so i had to revert, luckily ive learned this hard lesson before in oblivion so i save often so rollback was only 10 minutes Razz

oh and just as a reference, i do have battlefield 3 and im at rank 22, i havent touched it since i got skyrim

the npc's will explain the way to the objective when you ask, and yes you can turn off the waypoint arrow that pops on the compass and just go by the npc's directions "head west out of town, over the bridge then go north until you see x then turn east" thats the kinda directions you get

I bet it's not a double barrel shotgun, I'm certain it's something like this:

You can? REALLY? Oh my god, thanks for relaying the information, now I'm really looking forward to the game!

Thanks dude, you've made my weekend.

Why would you get the console version of an RPG game with little chance of the rich modding that goes on in the PC community, not to mention how awkward a game pad must be with a first/third person RPG!?

Patience is needed. Wink

@jippyuk

XGD3 *originals* work just fine on Hitachi drives, even the 78, it's just backups that don't work yet. c4eva is working on LT2.0 for Hitachi drives right now.

How'd you manage to sort it out? Wouldn't mind trying it with my old dead 360...
