Hi. I got my xbox360 slim flashed with 2.0 and it works perfect, when I boot up a game and it signs me in to Xbox Live it tells me theres an Title Update avaible, are they safe to apply or will they overwrite my 2.0 firmware?

TUs are safe yes, BUT! to get them you do need to sign into Live. This may or may not be a problem, depending on how recent your dashboard is. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xbox_360_system_software If you're not already on, or higher than, 2.013599 you may lose your LT2.0 firmware. You only said "slim" so that could be any drive, we'd basically need to know your drive model to confirm it. If yo ARE on 13599 or higher, then go ahead and sign in. It's a risk whether you'll be banned down the line or not, but at least you won't lose your LT firmware Failing that, you can download and install TUs without accessing Live. http://www.xpgamesaves.com/forum/142-xbox-360-title-updates/

Im on 2.0.13604 and its a LiteOn 0225 Slim. So with this setup it should be ok to download the updates when im signed in to Live?

You're on 13604? you're good to go then, bud! Just log in on Live and grab the TUs whenever you want. Just remember; since MS are now in the habit of flashing drives remotely, ALWAYS check on the forum before you update to the latest dashboards whenever MS release them. You never know when those bitches are going to update your drive Oh and disclaimer: you may get banned. You may not. This is not my fault, this is your fault for flashing the drive. So if MS ban your ass sometime down the line for connecting to Live; it's not my fault. smile

Yep, im on 13604, you sound surprised of that? I know the risk of signing in to Live and getting banned, I was just unsure if the Title Updates could flash my drive back (and should that happen, the drive can be reflashed if I have the key, correct?) What about my other post Sabin1981, do you know if I have to reburn all my old games which I had for my old Phat xbox360 which have all the 14-15.ppf applied because that was the best at that time. Can I use those in my new xbox360, or will that get me banned instantly?

Not surprised, just confirming. No, title updates can't/won't flash your drive back to stock but dashboard updates might - so just be careful. As for your old games that have been wave patched? They'll work as LT has no security checks, unlike the older iXtreme FWs. LT2.0 will ignore the wave and just "assume" it's correct. If it's not; expect a world sized ban hammer to hit you upside your head - though probably not instantly

Thanks alot for the answers Sabin1981. So I think the only games I need to reburn is the AP25 ones, just to be safe.
