The problem seems to be that the game uses a code which depends on ingame code and your hardware configuration. Different machine different code to activate.

That doesn't surprise me at all. The german scene is totally crap since Souldrinker left. I bet if any group will crack this activation shit it will be Genesis. This is the only group skilled enough imo but they are not very active. It wouldn't surprise me if we will have to wait for an english release from an english group in August or September.

Yep and you can only activate every game three times. And when parts of your hardware change you'll have to re-activate the game.

It says it's not available until the 26 of August in the UK. Thats absolute bullshit!

Heh, i already ordered a german edition from amazon.de english language files can be found on their forums Wink since the beta was english as well, although you can't get speech but you can get text atleast Cool . Else it's not really a problem german is my "third" language -after english that is Smile

I think i'll wait for the english version, got enough to play for now.

I know it would be playable with the english text files, but i'm not willing to pay £30 for something which is only 'playable'.

Well you can change the entire interface to be english, and i don't ever have unit speech on anyways Razz i much rather listening to the music and things blowing up Very Happy so if anyone else feels like i do, i can recommend getting the german copy instead of waiting till september, which is the release date not ausgust Wink eventhough play.com and amazon.co.uk lists it as such, it's wrong.

It is illegal to hand these files around. I can only point you to the official forums, where i found them, you prolly have to do some digging about.

Game should be easily cracked then if it has to be activated by phone and such..

I hope it will be soon, game looks sweet check out the gameplay footage of a building getting destroyed. Looks pretty nice.

fuck, i tought it was an english version, why didnt you guys tell me? german sucks, sure the game is german (??), but still.. fuck why cant all games be released in the most commonly known western language (lol else its like hindu Very Happy). FUCK more months wait, this sucks.

No, i'm not gonna ruin a great game by listening to german unit sounds/videos.
This is one of those times where waiting pays off, im not gonna play it early just to play it, im gonna wait til there is a 100% english text & sound release and get 100% of the game experience. Very Happy k thx bye Very Happy

Well it seems to me what they do mostly is taking cracks from english releases and demo exes or at least they take a look at the english cracks to see how to crack a game. I don't think they are very skilled at cracking. They never impressed me with any release. Didn't you notice how often they released the german version of a game as soon as there's an english release out? I don't think that's a coincidence. And where are for example the cracked Spellforce addons, the Sacred addon etc.?? Why did it take so long to crack Port Royal 2 and why was it finally released by Silentgate two days after Reloaded cracked the english version? Where are cracked updates for german games?? The german scene is bullshit and almost dead! If SD would be still in the scene we would probably already have a cracked Earth 2160 release. Imo the only skilled group left is Genesis.

Mid-range is not the middle-performers of the current generation of gfx cards. Mid-range are the non-premium cards from the last generation - 9600 Pro/XT & the equivalent Nvidia cards.
A 6600GT supports just the same featurs like a 6800 Ultra, it's slower but that only begins to make a larger difference when FSAA and Aniso come into play.

exactly, mid-range (god i hate english, in swedish you can put together whatever damn words you want to form a new word, in english you always gotta use that damn - ) is like a geforce 5800 nowadays, last autumn it was a 5600 MX or some crap like that since the general population doesnt know what the whole MX thing is Very Happy

You gotta be aware that the big general game consumers arent the leet dudes we are with our top computers, it is small fourteenyearolds playing on the computer their parents payed for.

And if you can get a $300 new graphics card or processor from your parents for a small not-really-worth-the-cash-if-you-think-about-it preformance increase.... Then you have either very stupid or very generous parents Very Happy

Besides, i cant even count the ammount of people that buy MSI or Inno3d brand cards and think that they are top of the line with their cool new Inno3d "Megagame Razor Raptor Diamondback Crystal Deluxe" 6600, when in fact itll break down in a year and wont ever run half as good as a proper expensive brand (when counting overclocking capabilities especially).

Indeed, my current 3d card setup costed me 2 months of savings Razz But it works DAMN well.
