Release on all platforms is simultaneous. He's asking about the pirate releases; why the PC release takes longer should be obvious tho.

Actually pretty good.
Anyone want to translate that, assuming it isn't in some made up language?
@inz - Oh, my bad. I'm surprised they still release them concurrently.

Played some more, I'm now convinced that it's a better game upon it's release than Oblivion upon it's release.
Theres a lot to build upon for modders, one of the first would be adding a proper interface and keyboard shortcuts.
After that a mod that would require you to eat, drink and sleep at certain intervals.
Then it would be quite an immersive game, as it is right now, having to constantly open one menu, then another and another just to change a spell removes you from the experience - especially in the middle of combat.
It's very rare that I see such a horrible UI in a game.
Theres a fair amount of streamlining in the game, but theres also more believable lore and the whole dragonborn thing is actually explained pretty well.
Cities and their inhabitants make a lot more sense now, I'm sure that the developers have given Gothic 1+2 more than a fleeting glance.

What platform are you playing it on? X360? Seeing the console interface I wondered myself whether PC will be able to bind spells and items to keys, or they leave it same as on consoles.

That's what I was thinking after seeing some more footage from the game too and I always hoped it would be so.

Yep you have a hotkey that takes you the magic menu, then you left click and right click spells accordingly and they get assigned to the right or left mouse button. It's highly annoying. I shouldn't have to go to a menu for that.

Well seems like everyone has forgotten Oblivion launch, you had to have a goddamn powerfull pc to be able to run it maxed out @ 1080p.
I might have powerfull parts, but my graphiccards is where it lacks. This is the thing that is worrying me.

Are you sure it's gonna be like that on PC? Maybe he meant something like Oblivion's 1-8 hotkeys? You could bind a spell to a number key for example, and then when you want to select it, you hold that key and click either RMB or LMB. Or it could just be 1-4 for one hand, 5-8 for the other. That's just specualtion of course.
