unless they specificly patch speech or text, which is unlikely, the patches will be the same for everything.

yea, but they should stop being dicks and just tell us which day we'll receive our keys. Is it now the 26th or the 28th !?... this is the first and last time that I bought something from them. I'll stick to cdkeydiscount in future, cause I know that I can always contact the the co-owner of that shop via steam and he's also a member of the hump. (didn't buy it there because they weren't selling the LE  ....but now they do) |
they sending it at the 26, got two emails by stuff telling me that it is the 26. |

Yes.
And the .ru are ONLY language and voice-audio files. Exe's etc. are all original, they just load the .ru files since the key is "watermarked" to tell the game to install with Russian language and voice files.
