btw, i wont give my paypal info yet, only once the server is actually up and running. To prevent any drama or whatever in case something happens  (shouldnt, but you never know, better safe than sorry lol)
also :
in theory , there are a total of 96 slots available. but it could happen, that for example the rush mode server is filled with reserved slots players and its not possible to kick anyone therefor. Just FYI
(since reserved slots will be on both servers)
also2 :
i dont discriminate, i dont care if people wanting a slot are people i like, not like, know, not know etc. etc.
@killaseven, dont worry, im sure we can figure something out hehe (heck, for all i care, people can send me cash lol).

On the subject of consoles and the trash that they are
If there was an option to upgrade the hardware on a console with a very strictly certified number of options to avoid incompatibility, like direct upgrades to the architecture it has now, how many customers would jump on it so their calls of duty won't look like muddy upscaled low resolution shit?
It would bring them closer to being bad PCs but also I think companies like microsoft are selling themselves short by not creating consoles with expandability in mind instead of this whole "10 year life cycle on the same hardware" thing that simply can't work.
You can buy new hard drives for your consoles but I think the next generation should be designed with upgrading cpu, video card, ram, etc by the user (under the supervision of a grown up as the case would be)

its cheaper to make a whole new console than to upgrade it. + I dont even think you could upgrade the console.

Where will the rush server be located? I know its in europe but i have a low qualli ISP and can only get pings lower than 70 when host is located in germany, netherlands or in some rare cases UK.

Nice, those should have been defaul tbh. The way BF2/2142 was. Although I'm not against killcam really not a fan of bellyfloppers (my new name for pronesnipercampers).

I guess in frankfurt, where all the good servers are hostet ( since Sin is from Switzerland )

I hope it's possible to add favorite servers to a platoon, so people who join the NFOHump platoon immediately see our (well Sin and Werlii) servers.

Oh btw, if you go and change server settings is it again hardcore server like in BC2? That was a big problem as just disabling 3D cameras on vehicles did that and I had hardcore=off filter 99% of the time.
Hopefully DICE are smarter this time, or at least battlelog will allow for them to change that thing so ONLY damage/hud settings turn server to hardcore.

Sounds like good settings to me. And ALL maps I hope? I hate servers playing only 3-4 maps, I want variety. Not sure I agree about really high ticket counts TBH, but maybe you can make me understand why it's a good thing? For me if one team is loosing badly it just drags out the suffering and people leave.
Why did you originally get the server? Just for the fun of having one or what?
I also think it would be a lot of fun to play with the humpers for the first time but I can always be a part of both

All maps, atleast to start with, i can´t wait until we get B2K maps also just hope they can be run in same map rotation.
As for ticket counts when i say higher i don´t really mean to the extreme but the normal ones tend to be a bit low, ticket count is something we just can tweak with time til we find a good medium for it, now that´s one reason i miss the mode where you can capture the last base if you hold all flags to end runds quicker for those times a side is badly beaten.
I initially got the server mostly cause i like having one and had one for every main BF since 1942, also lets me insure there is a server with the settings i and likeminded would enjoy and also without the excessive and sometimes absurd rules some people like to put on their servers.
I decided to offer it here for use to get help from people admining it, and also as a treat for humpers as i´ve been a long time lurker here even before the place got to be humper land, i´m already paying for it so might aswell see it get used by the people that has guided me and amused me thru the years on here.
