no offense to you xbox fanboys, but I hope microsoft's xbox ends up like sega.
sony has built a high standing reputation for themselves and i trust them.
nintendo has some great titles but they need to stop publishing kiddie games on their system or they will end up like sega; if they haven't already. i don't think they don't realize how much it hurts them.

the fact is, that doesn't make any difference. the writer is an idiot.
this is the exact same problem with PCs. people are tricked into believing PCI express (16x) is better than AGP 8x. In fact, AGP 8x is not even noticably faster than AGP 4x.

me personally is glad that Sony have competition otherwise the market would be flooded with crap like most that comes out already for said system

well untill Sony themselves say that all the stuff shown is ingame footage then there is plenty to whine about because they are simply making people whine due to the confusion. Some game developers say real (like epic) and some say Tech demo's. Yet we here nothing from Sony themselves
Its all down to Sony's marketing, they want you to believe its all real to boost the hype of the machine, just with there so called Emotion Engine on Ps2, lol
Best just wait until nearer the time of release then we can all look back at this and laugh at how gullible we all was

alot of devs confirmed that the killzone footage was actual gameplay,
but i ll rather wait and see the truth for myself than go all crazy about it now.

Here's an interesting interview with Hideo Kojima who expresses doubts about PS3 development.
And here's the segment of the interview reflecting his doubts:
I’m not sure if everyone can live up to that high standard that Sony is expecting. So if everyone is expected to meet that high level, I am not sure that every creator, every publisher will be able to meet these high expectations. For Xbox 360, it’s a little bit more down to earth, more realistic so people maybe can join easily to start creating on the 360.
