You mean on another site? Of course you can order your keys from somewhere else like greenmangaming.com , intkeys.com, cdkeyshere.com or buygamecdkeys.com
You just have to be careful that some resellers, sell russian keys that might be different from the international versions. intkeys seems to be fairly safe from this.
You pay via paypal or credit card and give them your email adress. When the game is out they will scan the CD Key and send it to you as an image.
Then you just enter the CD Key in Origin and the game will be downloaded.

Vid will be fine for high @ 60 fps, ultra 40-50. However im not sure about your cpu, since i have a 2500k instead. Might bottleneck the gpu.
omg @high with a hd6950 i dont even get always aboven 60fps, so with thiis card you wanne buy you sure dont have the +0pfs on high i think,correct me if i am wrong

I had same issue the other day, it was Origin fucking up. Everything was back to normal a bit later. There are threads about it on their forums as well.

Holy jeebus, the last time that I've been so excited for an online shooter was..ages ago (too many). I couldn't enjoy the beta as much as I wanted to because of my prehistoric rig, but despite the bugs the game was pretty amazing. Can't wait

Hmm, at 0:25 there seems to be at least 6 people in green (including the player). I wonder what's that about. Do vehicles have the green icon for reasons besides being controlled by your squadmates? Can't remember if it was the same in the beta...
