Game has it at 30£ + shipping. My MW2 and Blops pre-order from there were both in my mailbox on release date, I suspect they will send out BF3 in advance as well.
I am sure there are other retailers that send out their games in a similar way.
As for myself - pre-ordered from D2D UK for 35£.

Cheapest legit place I could find is Greeman gaming, got the Limited Edition for about 36.53€ after using their 20% off voucher code (AUTUM-NSALE-20PEC which expires at midnight UTC according to their facebook).
So 10€ more expensive that at the cdkey sites, but at least there I'm sure that I'll get the multilanguage version.

their keys are russian and they're trying to keep people from cancelling their pre-orders.
they're going to probably do something like well you paid for it, we had a 30 day grace period for you to cancel your preorder. you just missed it by 24 hours. sorry. no refund.

it clearly says preorder version on their website (which means B2K , limited version has niothing to do with it).
Anyway, some people have to calm the fuck down lol.
