You need to actually start a new game, if you pause the game there is an option menu Smile

the action is in thesame timeline, so yes all cases are on a timelimit

Fixed here too, I had a similar problem with DR2 iirc, very low sound with the quality set to the highest setting.

sandbox mode is a nice addition but other than that its a waste of time.

oh and building a new area filled with fun rides...then not having any of them as useable is fucking pathetic

It is basically marketed as the directors cut edition of Dead Rising 2 and I'd imagine that would mean they're fairly similar but I guess they split up a bit here and there for the main story and the added survivors and psychopaths you encounter, still so far (1 - 2 ) it's very familiar but I'm just getting started.
(Making good progress though, read the poster and found both jewels and flashlight earlier so I got the laser sword, can't get the sonar gun yet though and need to level up a lot but it'll come in handy eventually - already pretty useful as is of course aside from the poor durability but there are other alternatives, knife and boxing glove combo is still very useful as is the defiler axe/hammer combination and I wonder how many new things are available, found one by combining a chef knife with a weed cutter or what they're called, too bulky for me but highly effective.)

Im on case 5-2 now, unfortunately the trainer doesnt work, would have loved to mess with the time, but at least there is the sandbox mode. I didnt like the encounter with chuck greene and what they done to him Sad..
