1. CIV has been around since the Halo XGD3. Its not new and was taken care of in the new FW.
2. Forza 4 has a new LBA hash check that was not previously used. This is being addressed with a FW update.
3. A new burning fw is in progress also. More news soon.
4. You shouldn’t be booting pre-released games anyway. Especially lame p2p releases or from lame websites that deal in just piracy run by kids, for kids.
5. We look forward to all of the ODDE groups giving full credits to C4E when they make their next breaking news announcement that they added support for this (and anything else) “miraculously” 48 hours after a C4E release. ”

Fuck it! I'll go with LT+ 2.0 and skip FM4. I just hope Skyrim, Batman AC, SR3 and AC Revelations will work on it without fw update. And in 2-4 months I'll RGH the shit out of it!

When running a jtag what is the fix for using iso2god and getting the "Couldn't locate default.xex. Please check this ISO is valid."
Seems all the new games are doing this

None whatsoever, have played for a good 10 hours maybe - career (I'm on Semi-Pro league now), tried all tracks, gone through some Autovista stuff, unlocked some new cars in there etc. It's flawless.
Freeboot 13599, Dashlaunch 2.23b which boots straight to FSD, from there I use the File Manager to run XeXmenu.xex, and from XeXmenu I run the FM4 Disc 1 xex (which is on my external USB HDD). I have Disc 2 installed by just putting the content folder from it on my internal/360 hdd. No problems at all, but when I first ran Disc 1 from FSD, I also got that disc error message. But since XeXmenu, no issues..

For those that still want to patch into GOD containers you can extract the ISO using Exiso or Xbox Backup Creator's image tool and then use CreateIsogood to make an image that Iso2God can use.

Houston, we have a problem... | its already been noted in the other xbox360 tread that this game has a new media check from the good old times of Xtreme FW when you had to change your book to DVD-ROM to play a game ... the thing is you can play this game fine IF :you burn this with DVD-ROM book [but somehow you will be flagged] , have a J-tag or have a xkey or glitch hack
its bad month for media burns lulz |
Well im al ready banned. So it doesn't matter right?

well ok so its established that Forza has some new checks in it - meaning theres problems with C4es latest firmware.....but still confused as to the rip....whether the rip is fine or not? I'm guessing the dump is fine, and just waiting on proper firmware for the nontag users?

for jtag guys, make sure you updated to the latest kernel, else the game will error and won't boot at all. The latest kernel is mandatory for this game !

Anyone know how to make fsd find this on a jtag?I extracted the game with exiso but when I boot the system in to fsd it doesnt find it, I have to manually find the xex with the file browser and launch the xex that way

I'm still on the earliest of the jtag dashs with kinect support (12611 I think it is). Previous there'd been no reason to update to the later dashs (especially if a bigger one is due soon), and dashlaunch enabled all other games to work fine.
Now theres a new version of Dashlaunch out today. Anyone know if it would work fine now keeping my current dash with this new DL?
