What does 'dupe' mean when it comes to nuking? Is it stolen release?

Quote:
“DUPE” is a scene tag, and is quite simply, if something exists already, then there’s no reason for it to exist again without good reason.

WRC4 for the PS2 (released in 2005):

Is there even the slightest change that the footage was taken with all aids ON and once your turn them OFF the game would become absolutely awesome ? Scratch Head
Havent tried it yet and its all your fault !!!

Edit: Oh i get it now! The physics are so bad because its played with a keyboard and once you switch to a gamepad or a wheel the game become decent. Right? Right? Please? Very Happy

I still had more fun completing the driving school in this one without brakes than I had in DeRP 3, but what do I know... I'm just a huge hater of DeRP3. And no, you can switch to whatever controller you want, everything will be just as bad as before.

I got a little masochistic today and decided to give it a try.

After playing for around 15 minutes (I was too bored to play more) I have to say it's not a complete disaster. It's mediocre.

Tracks are significantly longer than in DiRT 3 (like 2-3x longer), sound is shit (especially exhaust system which sounds like constant farting), controls are stiff (I think gamepad support is obtained via emulation with some Logitech software but on the other hand analogue joysticks work like they should) and graphics are like this:

So in terms of graphics it's something between Colin 2005 and Colin DiRT 1.

I don't know what to say about physics but it didn't feel good (nothing similiar to driving a car, more like driving a heavy carton box).

I would give it a 5/10 score. It's only for biggest fans of the (semi-sim, semi-arcade rally game) genre. Not enjoyable experience overall.

OK, so where's that uninstall button?
