It's exactly the contrary for me.
Loading from the dvd hangs the console (first mission)
I installed it on the hard drive, no problem ...

cant install it , and crashes as i leave the prison door, textures just dont load quick enuff!

I probably am. Loved the first one though but thats kinda it. Will definitely play more, hoping ill get some enjoyment out of it but so far the dejavu makes it very hard to do so.. dunno..

who is using the newest img burn?
See how when your ready to burn a xgd3 copy it pops up with 2 option overburn or truncate!
Iv been selecting truncate is this ok? games boot ok just cant get them to install!

Managed to install it after re-burning. I guess my burner messed up.

has anyone realised that the original GOW3 installed is 7.1gb and the "backup" installed size is 7.5!!
why does the backup take up more HDD space, if its meant to be missing some data surely it should be smaller.
*edit* my bad, the size difference is just cause one was pal the other was NTSC

sounds like it NFOAC, is your DVD writer firmware upto date? that seems to help alot in most cases.

Im currently playing ACT III Chapter 4 and I must say this game is great..first two were OK , not a big fan..but this one is epic. Plays and runs smooth , sometimes it looks amazing ( so polished )...and when some serious action is going on the screen game remains to run super smooth. 9 / 10 so far..

I shot him in the eye, then it explodes and i get game over screen?
