Decided to try out the 870 for once. That thing is damn amazing with flechettes. Frag shells are the most useless things in the game though.

Saw a hacker today. Hit him with 10-15 shots in head in body. He just turned around and killed me and kill cam showed him at 100% health. No life punks.
I am done with this beta. I am so tired of cheaters and the one and only reason PC platform sucks for multi games.

yeah, lets call everyone a cheater now, even if the only thing they did wrong, was you not being able to hit them ^^

One of the major bugs is that you take more damage while sprinting, right? I was wondering how a pistol killed me with one non-headshot.

I am NOT one to call ANYONE a cheater unless I have solid proof of a serious glitch. I was 10 meters from the guy and shot him from the side and saw all my shots land and the crosshairs confirmed ALL hits. He was standing still. He then just turned and shot me.
It might be some fucked up beyond all recognition lag, who knows. Since this Beta is not properly cheat protected at all does it really surprise you? Just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I have put 15 hours into the beta and never seen anything like this.

Don't get me wrong, I know the "OMG cheaters everywhere" is way outplayed by some people, but I'll be the last to ever do that.
But when you notice that suddenly you start to get killed by people with no direct line of fire, people which you "locked into" and shot 4-5 hits that connected and kill you in two, people shooting you through rocks, people moving wayyyy too fast, well...
And that was what happened a while ago while playing with garus.
But then I remember that this is a beta, so...

The hit detection inconsistency is annoying as fuck.
I'm playing right now and there are 3 players on the server who haven't earned a single kill, all of it is because they pretty much unhittable.

Yeah, I'm wondering about that too.
Steam, Origin, browser(battlelog running) and the game running at the same time? 
Or perhaps battlelog will use steam's built in browser?

Heh it's all good, still haven't got the the other memory stick usage (just upgraded to 8GB). Currently plugin-container taking 1038MB + firefox5 389MB. Origin is 75MB and Steam 70MB. So those are quite low, but combined is very high 3.2GB indeed.
BF3 is 2GB max, unless it has 64bit exe too? Best to restart FF before starting battlelog if you are with 4GB mem or use another browser 
So cheater blowout you say, haven't played in few days, got to try. But it's only a good thing as there are no counter measures, they won't make new hacks = launch day there shouldn't be any cheaters.
Punkbuster is disabled during the Open BETA but we are monitoring what hacks are being used.
edit: wow, 40+ ranked players already, well will be nice to kill them with my massive 4 And wohoo, broke the 4GB barreir with BF3 taking just over 1GB.
