Considering the .NZB file itself was half the size.. yeah, I'd say it was more than just PARs missing.

first time i got crackling sound and then i extracted again overwriting when it asked and everything runs great.. i'm even using those second rage performace drivers which made game fully playable and almost cant notice texture popin..
(i didnt use config files jet).

Well the old one "should" have healthy files, just the pars dont detect the files, i can send you that nzb?

Apply the first patch, all files, then second patch but then don't copy the crack at the end. Try that.

The game crashes before starting the first video,or logo thing you can hear it start but then it cuts off and nothing happens,then if i alt tab i get send dont send. Any ideeas ?

Played for 30 minutes. No texture pop-ins at all. Game looks gorgeous, though. Don't know what the hatin' was all about.
