Just reinstalled my comp today, and had the same problem.
First of all download all fixes from win update, then install mediaplyer 10 and you should be set!

it didnt work on mine in firefox.. worked in IE though.
Quite funny.. what is that black stuff on his face? i am not sure if he is actually drunk or just messed up in the head
