I wonder if, by this action that the remaining copies in existence will then slowly rise in value for collectors and eventually be considered vintage much like certain older games such as for the NES if in good condition, interesting.
(Must be difficult too to contact all these stores all over the world - if they even bother with it aside form the larger areas - and re-acquire the boxes with these games.)
