everyone seems to have it on console, and those versions have leaked.
no word on anyone getting it for pc though. i imagine the stock is a lot harder to get a hold of.
im holding out hope i can enjoy some nba 2k12 this weekend but i highly doubt it.

Yes, X360 and PS3 versions are leaking all over the place, still no PC leaks from what I've heard either.
And still no announcement regarding DD availability. Seems we're getting it no sooner than the actual release.

I know what you're talking about. The fact that they haven't even verified DD availability is kind of fishy.
However, the fact that we have no leaks yet only serves as a 2K success. They were very careful about their product, and kept it locked up until the last minute. However, shops will have to be stocked today, they can't keep it much longer in warehouses, as many retailers are doing a midnight release of both NBA 2K12 and Rage.
So DD or not, a leak should come sooner than later. Don't forget that we're still 4 hours away from opening hour in New York, and the games could still be delivered this afternoon. Some stores are bound to break release date, and generally we've seen leaks from store employees all too often.

I'm going to buy the game anyway, it's just annoying that they haven't even confirmed digital distribution yet. I mean, isn't the game even going on Steam this year?

Yeah, I'm torn about that. I can either buy the game from a DD tomorrow (or today, if it comes up), or just grab a pirated version and get the game on DVD on Friday.

Game is doing its midnight release from the east to the west right now in the US. Still no PC leaks, still nothing on the DDs. Steam, Amazon and D2D still have nothing.

You may want to remove that link. Linking to warez sites is not allowed. A leak is to be expected.
EDIT: Size is 7.08GB, it's MULTI6 (Eng/Fra/Spa/Jap/Ger/Ita). Still, it's just an "extracted" DVD, and just offers us a preload until a crack arrives.

Oh yes, the menus. I'll be spending the first 5 hours after I get the game scrolling up and down in the menus until I pass out.
