I just asked their support about ETA, and they said about 5 days to arrive. And they don't know for sure if the keys will be region locked or not, but you can ask for a refund if they are.

I dunno why they put that they'd send the key within an hour when they don't even have them. I also read on the site that the release date is 7th but I also notice that the other selectable language is Arabic - fuck knows where the keys are coming from then Laughing ...but I suppose they could have stock coming in from a country that releases on the 4th - I guess you'll find out soon enough.

I'm gonna buy from Russia anyway - depending on where I buy from I may be able get it when Steam releases the preload for Europe and be able to preload and activate/unlock etc.. We'll see. If not I'm still happy to wait until the 7th for the price.
