Tried 720p with all low? Consoles also doesnt run at 720p There has been one pixel line or something like that removed, to get "steady" fps |
Yeah, tried low+720p but even if the avg. framerate is around ~35fps, very often it drops to the 20ies during intense firefights  |

yeah, battlelog is outdated as fuck.. i spent 10 minutes earlier trying all kinds of servers until i finally got in.

I think they optimized 360 and PS3 versions as well as they could to get it certified, whereas the PC version is not yet finished in that regard. So we'll see later on but I guess PC version will be optimized even further closer to the release or after.

game crashes too much, bullet damage is bullshit, you die in 1-2 hits, trying to play as shotgun guy impossible, you die before you can kill them even if you get first off. because one shot wont kill them yet 2 of theirs bullet, will kill you, since reload time is huge, even for 4 slugs shotgun..zzz
dunno if its better at ultra, but its really hard to spot people, sniper is pointless as it deals same damage as any automatic gun, and when everyone runs at 50km/h and jumps like its mirror edge. gl making single shot, not to mention 2-3 you need

sniping is all about predicting. and i really doubt they made sniping 100% realistic. so just play as sniper for a day or 2 to see how the movements of people are and then you can see where they will land pending on how they're running and how they are jumping. it really isn't that difficult.

I don't know, I've died a lot by shotguns but only close-quarters as it should be. One hit deaths too. I guess if you aim the shotgun properly you should get your one hit kills and only close-quarters.

meh another crash, this just isnt playable .. alt tab crash, tab to game crash, changing loadout crash, dying crash.. just freezes with looping sound ;/

game no longer boots up after all the loading server,connecting to server stuff.bf3 exe shows on taskbar for a bit then dissappears with no error.
worked ok on day 1.even tried deleting beta install folders & redownloading full beta client again & deleting beta folder from mydocs.
fuck origin,fuck battlelog.both are bloated pos.
bf3 beta folder is correctly named without the dodgy letter e,& registry shows correct filename & filepath.
what a bodge job,typical ea bs.

Is it just me or the textures in Caspian are a lot worse than Op. Metro? I have mine on Ultra and still look too ...meh.Especially when using the rifle scope....Could it just be a LoD issue?
