I have been thinking about getting xk3y for a while, but what im unsure about is how long it's going to last. I mean i dont want to spend about 100€ and then in a few months microsoft comes out with a way to block it.

Ha ha..I wish, no normal state school like all the other kids, sadly new school means whole new uniform, all the school badged items are bloody expensive.

Being unable to work because of illness makes paying for the internet seem like a luxury Smile

What the hell is wrong with this guy, did a Jtag box rape his one?

Most folk on here would LOVE a Jtagged Xbox, it opens the box to more than just 360 stuff, as for 'dissing' the XBLA stuff, stupidity, there's some cracking games on there that are worth paying for let alone getting them for free, a real gamer would see this rather than some elitist eye candy moron.

Progress is made from opening all channels, exploring all avenues, those that choose to follow the single path show an ignorance and stupidity that explains why some are less informed than others...

YO!!

And stop the oppressed black man shit, unless you are wearing blinkers you might have noticed EVERYONE is getting it tough these days, wallow in the past if it makes you feel better but I prefer to go forward.

You know, we don't get this hard done by black man crap in the UK, we all just get on and see what life has to give..

YO fucking YO.....This and nigga are street speak, a language dumbing down the kids of today, why form words when you can abbreviate them and sound stupid. Bro, mashup, bashment, all stupid crap spoken daily, the language of those that aspire to less and getting stuff the easy way...

My problem with flashing is I always have to open the case twice. First to do the flash, the second time to realise that I've actually got 3 of the big screws still lingering on the table Smile

the case does also Wink try it, leave the 6 screws out and shake the box, nothing will move inside. I have literally flashed more than 100 boxes, never put those screws back in, noone ever complained Wink

Anyone remember how long took the last time from testing to release? Btw, what are they testing? And why does it take more than one day? Wink

I mean they flash to every drive and check if it works, and maybe take a live log of one day. what else is there to test?

Obviously they test to find bugs, those usually take more than one day to fix

You would have not asked this if you would have been working in IT , the test which c4eva initially did was unit testing and now its in regression testing , what happens if suddenly the firmware bricks your console so each and every aspect would be tested before releasing to community, Remember CFW for PS3 when it came out it bricked many consoles.

I'm not cheering until i see the following posted.

<c4eva> liteon slim 2.0 complete, booting gow3 backup fine

I have no desire to go back to my old 360. Now that the phat liteons are pretty much done, I wonder how long until the slim firmware gets testing underway.

Supposedly. Then burnt to standard dual layer discs, like before. No method or instructions have been released as yet though.
