okay... here are some rules on how to apply for the steam gifts group:
- registered before 2010
- has posted at least 200 times.
there will be exceptions for well known humpers.
if you want in you can PM RazorsEdge, Sabin or me with your steam-profile-url here as it's easier to verify your account that way.

sorry if i am late to the party, mind telling me what the steamgifting is about and why it is so interesting? Seems its all about trading TF2 hats or?

People can create raffles (giveaways) using their giftable games/DLC's from their steam inventory. You enter the raffle using points that are generated for free. A small amount of points is generated for all members every time a new giveaway is created.
