Just a cash in as he said..not worth it at least for me , not even to pirate the game. There is nothing there to keep me playing it again , I would rather install RE4 for PC with mods than play this..

I have/had the Biohazard 2 disc set on my jtag, but going to delete that.

I see the Res Evil 4 is out and downloaded that, in the english GOD format, but where is the other one? Is the other disc not released yet on english networks?

From what I've read...Yes!!!

You don't want to boot this on a active live console or a console you plan to connect to live on every so often. Thus the title of the release states. Smile

Resident Evil 4 HD PAL MULTI5 READNFO XBOX360-SPX

Grabbed this and after burning the disc and then getting constant disc read errors when trying to start the disc from the dashboard, I almost disposed of it.

I then installed the game and it works without a hitch.

Is this game only playable after installing to the HDD or is it a coincidence that I got it to work?

Well the game itself is only available from XBL in the first place, this is a frankendvd isn't it? It stands to reason that's the cause of the issues when running from DVD. Unless there was a DVD release (outside of Japan) that I don't know about?

yeah it works fine from hd but not from disc on my non jtag xbox had to have disc to install it to xbox though bit weird theres no disc version of code veronica out yet though only the jao version i would think that will be the same when or if its out

That's because there isn't any disk-based release outside Japan, mate. Japan gets disk releases for both games on the 360 and PS3, but in EU and NA they're only available from XBL/PSN.

ah that explains it does it work on ps3 i know theres been a few new psn releases latley
wont play it anyway just curious on xbox theres hardley any improvment on both games
