I might have encountered a few minor bugs, like for instance some inventory bugs where items won't stack up in the limited section and would use a new slot unnecessarily, but that's not too annoying. Also some side quests already started get reset if you exit the game and reaload later.
The only major bug I found happened in the quarantined downtown area of Port Moresby, which by the way: what a scary area!!!

I got my ass kicked by the infected there, I mean, when I first entered that area all of a sudden the infected seemed to be faster, stronger (sending me down as if they were all thugs), and also they climbed more frequently to higher areas chasing me 
At some point I found myself running and hiding from groups of infected all scared that they would notice me and come rape me.

Damn, just when I thought the game couldn't get better.
Well, precisely in that downtown area I found this major bug just in the house where you look for the picture of some guy's daughter (side quest):

I wonder if it was just me or if other people experienced the same bug.
Anyway, I'm having a blast with this game. I already call it the greatest surprise in 2011.

Except for the very first floater fight, the sewers were really easy(unless they are more crowded when you return to moresby, will check that soon). Especially since I've found my first katana there. 
Moresby city could get a bit tricky, especially that 3rd "turn on the city's broadcasting system" mission, but if you dodge left and right, jump back or circle strafe them(via walking or dodging) and attack from the side/back with a machete or katana while keeping some distance then you won't have too much trouble.
Oh, and don't forget kicking them too, while standing or while jumping(means instant takedown).

Because I have 11 health blocks and my friends has 8.

What would be the point of ozom DLC if there's the chance that the game might make your ozom DLC weapons disappear?

There's so many bugs, that i think they're intentional. they did help me through some tough spots.

i have buyed a russian key, the game is a bit bugged? if i set the language to english the game dont start and i need to edit the file ini, and an options in internet settings is all writted with strange characters, maybe the newxt patch will solve this

I bought russian key too and it didn't start after one patch.
You need to edit something in ..\Steam\steamapps\common\dead island\DI\Data\game.ini
Try changing "Locale("En")" to "Locale("en")"

So I've finished it. Must say, at times it gets stupid difficult and you really cant do much on your own. Coop is definately the way to play the last few levels.
As for the game as a whole - I loved it. I planned to spend the entire weekend finishing it up, but instead played for 8 hours straight.
It's an enjoyable experience, that, perhaps, I will not want to repeat, as at times, item hunting and stuff got really tedious.
I still have not found a good way in single player to deal with 3-4 charging infected as Sam B. You just get hit too much.

Where's the problem, you slice and dice them as they approach, this game is way to easy in co-op they should have done something like Borderlands, the more players there are the more the enemy's level is. |

Problem lies mostly in the fact that if I slice through 1 as it comes, by the second swing the other one is already bashing me and I'm loosing stamina and health.
2-3 of these encounters and I have no health left.

This knocks down the very first Infected. But does little for the 2nd and third, plus others that come running in attracked by the screams.
These problems started appearing only LVL 35 and onwards

As for the weapon duplication thing, never happened to me so far. Some inventory-related annoyances though.
