Finally got rid of stuttering by :
"I will give the solution again

1. disable vsync on fifaconfig.exe

2. disable antialiasing on fifaconfig.exe

3. enable/force antialiasing on
AMD Vision Engine Control Center (AMD/ATI)
Nvidia Control Panel (nVidia)

4. enable/force tripple buffering and vsync on D3DOverrider (a tool from RivaTuner : dowload here :http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163) " -from EA forums.
But game's menu is still slow and controls feel a bit sluggish and unresponsive.

But if they could iron it out it would be an awesome addition to football because it's a contact sport, it has potential I hope they don't screw it up, well some would say they already did screw it up Smile the last thing they should do is 'fix' it by disabling the whole thing.

Search fifabenelux for a custom rna.ini file or make one yourself.

Put this file in the same folder as your fifa exe, you can open with notepad and change how many minutes you want.

dribble button + running button
or
dribble button + right stick

it wont get any easier... (i hope Very Happy)
