Anyone knows a good codec that puts my xvid tv-rips playing?I do not wish to know those lamme codecs packs that puts my system all fucked up. I just wanna know a good codec with few things that will install and plays well avi movies.

if you don't plan on reencoding you can use the vlc (video lan client). It's a very slim player that does not need any codecs installed and plays any format (well nearly...but i never encountered a movie it could not play).

well the only thing you need is the xvid codec of course Razz You can get binaries for windows from Koepi:
