Anyone remember where they picked up Voice Recording #8? I've got 1-7 and 9 so far.. but apparently missing ¤8
Spoiler:
It's obviously in the Jungle, since Tape 7 is "Heading into the Jungle" and tape 9 is "The Lab" - which you go to AFTER you've finished in the Jungle - yet I haven't seen it anywhere.

Well, in the end, it doesn't seem to work. Our ingame voice is still on. This shit is driving me crazy.
they might screwed up with the directory.its more likely
gamefolder/DI/out/Data/Scripts/Audio
That's actually where we've put it. Doesn't do shit. The folder is the right one (the one you've posted) since I got other stuff that's working in there.
The version I downloaded says it's reloaded, but all I have for a setup file is a steam setup file in the iso and then it wants a code. There is a crack folder in the iso.

He found it later on (A second post a bit under that one.) though I guess it's one of those more problematic areas like the station or one of the scarce abandoned buildings.
(I barely explored half the sewers I think, if even that.)
EDIT: I wonder if the central area of the city has some other meaning as well, that covered building and all that stuff.
(Never really found much there other than those weird brick objects you could throw around and one or two missions took place in the vicinity of that area I believe.)
The sewers sucked big time for me as well. Hated the cramped quarters combined with Floaters and Thugs. I'm at the Laboratory now, on the mission to get blood from the natives. I kinda got bored with the side quests and am concentrating on doing the main quest line exclusively.
Has anyone finished the game and started over with the same character? How is the game, are there any changes apart from the harder enemies and better leveled loot?
The game seems to be the same just with everything scaled to your level other than the pre-placed items here and there.
(So you better have kept a decent weapon, or find one of those metal chests early on and hope for a decent item from there - which is quite easy as there's two just outside the starting hut.)
EDIT: Shops would be different though, since game2.pak several of the orange and purple/violet items require a level around 40 - 50 to appear you would see some of those.
(Or not, there's a rather low chance of them appearing as even if the item list is static they use a sort of "roulette" system so only a few items are only seen thus requiring a number of additional visits and the correct level for the rarer items to appear at all.)
