Ok so this problem has been troubling me for some time now .
I get home from work, every night at approx : 2 AM + - some minutes and seconds, and this lady decides that this time ( 2 AM ) is a good time for her to take her dogs ( today I counted and she had 13 ) out for a walk, exactly in my fucking way, I have 15 meters from where i get out of the taxi and my block of flats ( place where I live ) and those 15 fucking meters are filled with 13 dogs ( dont imagine they are nice dogs, they are dogs which were taken from the streets and fed ) so for them, I'm an intruder and I'm invading their space, they are 13 and I'm one, it takes only one bark and suddenly the whole flock starts barking and assaulting me, I have been having nightmares about this, I love dogs and I am not afraid of them, I am really not afraid of them, but 13 dogs are just too much and you can fucking see the rage in their eyes ready to fucking bite your leg .
10 minutes ago after I got out of the taxi, she was there with her 13 friends, I waved at her and she told me : It's okay you can pass, they won't bite you, well fuck me a dog has teeth and surely they will ( taken from the fact that she is not the only one with 13 dogs, more or less that decides to take them out at that hour, 2 weeks ago I was assaulted by 5 of them who tried to fuck my leg, nearly escaped ) I told her to escort me to my block and assure me that I will be safe or else I will call the cops ( which will do almost nothing to her because she's just an old lady taking her dogs out and I'm an idiot wandering on the streets @ 2 AM )
The thing is that I'm fine, everything went well, but I can't get this dog thing out of my head, every night I'm thinking about this, I'm not a weak person and I'm not afraid, I just dont want to prove myself that I can do it and walk pass 13 dogs and get fucked up, and the enxt day ill be in the hospital .
I know it's a lot to read, but please do read all and give me some advices because i have fucking had enough of this shit .

Doesn't your city have any regulations for pet owners? One little old lady with 13 potentially dangerous dogs doesn't sound right.

She's not the only one with 13, more or less dogs in the capital .
I think we do have, but who cares about dogs ? If they are alone, no husband, they take some pets from the streets, feed those pets and that's all .
The capital is divided into 2 parts which occur after 21-22 PM to 5-6 AM :
1. Gypsies, black individuals, you recognize them by their fat look and distorted face, they dont know what civilization is, they dont care about the people around them, they dont give a give a shit about no one, so if you encounter one of those urban organisms you have 2 choices : You either run or try to negotiate with them which usually ends up with you beaten up or having your belongings taken . It's like in that movie I AM LEGEND, at night every bad thing crawls on the streets and im not exaggerating .
2. Dogs, if you dont get beaten up by the creatures presented by me above you will most likely encounter the second danger, the dog/s .
Those creatures are extremely dangerous, running is not always an option, avoiding them is better but still you may get into another one while doing that .

I did not had time to talk with her, I don't know if she is aware or not but to be honest im really scared when I get home from work .
Never run away from a dog ? What do you want me to do ? Stand still and let the fucker come at me with its teeth out ?
How can one FACE 13 dogs on the same time ? Asking them nicely to stay in front of me so I can see them wont work .

It's probably not a good idea to just stand there and stare into the dogs eyes though, it could make the dog nervous. Also I heard you should fold your arms... But that's only if you think the dog is showing aggression towards you.
You have to just walk past, confidently.
If one of the dogs snaps and attacks you, they will all start. Get into the fetal position and hope they give up before you're mauled to death.

Animal control...? Don't bother with sprays and high frequency sound gizmos, they don't work and you'll only get mangled. So, animal control.
Had the same problem last year(@ oct), got chased by by a pack of 7 dogs. It kinda went like that for about a week, until asked around(actually I used the internet) and got the info I needed to call those guys from animal control (it's actually SCC AR, in my case), they came and picked them up. Not all of them, of course, but I called again until they got them all -- took about 2-4 weeks. A bunch of lazy fucks, I know, but eventually (that's me being very insistent) they got rid of them.
I blame the gipsy hobos, those gipsy ghettos AND those fucking pro-animal morons that keep "adopting" stray dogs just so they can keep 'em around their buildings. Witch is on the streets.
I still remember that story about that 6 years old little girl from CT that got killed by a pack of stray dogs, about 1-2 years ago...

i really love dogs, i really do, but if you'd live here you'd be 'desensitized' so to speak, sure what i said sounds and is bad but it's a good fucking solution
the whole god damn country is full of strays (the capital, Bucharest, is by the worst in this case) , and they ARE dangerous, sterilization isn't an option since you're still sending them back on the streets
they're dangerous for everyone, even drivers since you'd smash in to some dumb dog while he or she's chasing god knows what
catching them and sending them in to pounds is the same deal, a 2-3 year old or older dog has almost no chances of adoption, and after what ? like 7 days at dog pound they're put down, right ?
if you love'em so much, bring a god damn truck and you can take all of them, i'm sure everyone will be happy
also, do you know what people do here in the country side when they have enough dogs or cats and they have puppies/kitties they don't need ?
they throw them in a bad and they either go in the river or get abandoned on some distant field to die

after a while they will all see you as the nice person who gives them treats
be sure to carry them with you offcourse

Good, because I don't like dogs. In fact I don't think it's an animal anymore, but a... "thing". Shockingly enough I vote Dutch animal party PVDD... but all the stupid dog shit on the street has made me hate the dog.
But perhaps there may be hope: it's the fuckhead owners that let the dog poop where people walk and cycle. So perhaps the dog thing is not entirely to blame perhaps.
