these boss fights are completely retarded and obnoxious, the man that put them in needs to be slapped in the face

They mainly consist of running around in circles like a retard I Am Disappoint

The only boss fight I liked in this game was the final boss - though that felt more like Metal Gear Solid than Deus Ex, IMO. To be honest; they ALL felt more like MGS. Definitely out of place in a DX title.

it IS a good game, but i don't like it---just don't like the style.

i loved Deus Ex back in the day, played it to smithereens (finished it 2,5x and even played the multiplayer quite a bit) but that was then, and this is now.

It IS kind of corny in certain situations - but overall I think it works (as if the first one wasn't pretty corny). If this were a TV show, it would be a Friday Night genre program on FOX or SCI-FI channel. Not gonna win any Emmy's, but is certainly an hour well spent entertained.

I've had a couple of freezes on exit or loading. I had to alt-tab and kill the dxhr.exe process through task manager. Other tnah that, everything fine.

Also, Jensen's apartment is in Detroit right? I've been exploring the area all day and it's fucking huge, so many thing to be found in it, but I haven't reached the apartment yet. I'd like to store some things there, but will I still have them after I leave Detroit and come back?

Been doing stealth and never bothered picking up weapons, can I do it?

Effortless; you'll see yellow canisters and red barrels dotted around the room. Throw ONE yellow canister at him, that will stun him, then throw a red barrel directly. Repeat this three times and you win.

I threw 4 gas (green gas) canisters and one fire extinguisher and the cutscene played Shocked

Did you get a version with the DLC included?


Previous my post about AUD was a mistake. I checked in steam and I have preordered tactical enhancement pack.

Is this possible that AUDs r only available for users with LE and CE ?

On my 3 years old Q6600 @ 3GHz with 4gb RAM and GTX 460 OC runs pretty fine in 1280x1024 (my native res of LCD), all at max in DX10 cuz in DX11 I got ocasionally crashes. No AA. Only this damn stuttering :/

I'm able to max out this game on DX11 with performance of 40 fps and higher.

However I do experience some annoying stuttering. Turning off V-Sync helped a bit though.

This game doesn't support DX10. Only DX9c or DX11.

I think it will run butter-smooth in DX9.
But fast CPU also seems to be very important.
