No, you receive these bonuses if you do not engage anybody in active combat (i.e their status turns from yellow to red) and do not trigger any alarms, respectively.

If by stutter you mean the random dips in fps (but very rare) i have them as well, also on a gtx560 ti BUT it's not continously stuttering.

TBQH if i didn't have OSD for all games i wouldn't even notice the dips. Not because they're not noticeable but because like i mentioned before, they happen on very rare occasions (mostly after you load a new area / load a save game)

Ok, my copy just arrived. Is the Explosive Mission Pack included in the game's install? I don't know why I thought I should get another key for that which I will activate it on steam as a dlc for the game.

That's the basketball court in the slums near the dealer(s) isn't it? it took fifty or so tries to get that bouncing ball to even get anywhere near the hole in that hoop. (beta version.) Razz

unpatched the mouse isn't that bad. the thing people have mistook for mouse accel has in fact been that the vertical sensitivity is one increment BELOw the horizontal. if the mouse is laggy, fiddle with graphics. did the stuttering come with one of the patches?

Yes, that's the one. It was hard; at the end I just got on the trash can and threw from there - much easier. Very Happy

There's definitely something off with the mouse/camera, though it's kinda hard to say what. I'm pretty sure I've evened out the x/y sensitivity, but that's not the problem at any rate. I've also done quasi-accurate mouse acceleration tests, and my aim ends up at the same place whether I move the mouse quickly or slowly, so that's not it either. I'd say vsync was on or I was running at very low fps, if not for the facts that vsync is off and I'm at 100fps average.

So yeah, kinda hard to pinpoint exactly what it is, but aiming doesn't feel great. Maybe I should try a lower resolution.

Nah, no difference whatever graphical settings I use. Mouse still feels 'floaty'.

indeed I first thought the accel was out of whack but then I changed the y axis and it worked. but my mouse was still behind by a few mili seconds, so turning ssao to normal fixed it. I didnt use any patch, I am using blackbox version.

EDIT: still stuttering Sad

Yeah, mouse movement isn't great, but hasn't that been the case since multiplatform games started coming out? I don't know shit about coding, but I read that there's a fundamental difference nowadays with how the mouse input works because of the whole cross-platform thing, making it all laggy n stuff. Back in the day, the only thing low fps did was lower the sensitivity. I think the mouse in HR is better than most games these days (Fallout 3, Battlefield Something Company). Doesn't make it good, but you get my drift.
