Thanks but is there any way to use this yet with the cracked version? The game just doesn't load when i replace that dxhr.exe from the updated one with the normal crack.

I do absolutely not like the idea that you are getting most rewards and points for using stealth/non-lethal methods only. In Deus Ex 1 and 2 you could use force and violence as much as you wanted without being "punished", it was ONLY the players choice how you did "solve" a situation, the game design did not suggest any method as "best" or "worst". For my taste that a huge letdown in DE3, I was never a big fan of the "Thief" or "Splinter Cell" game series (at least not the early ones) and seeing DE3 now following this path makes me sad. I want to decide myself when shooting, fighting and when using stealth without any "penalty" from the game.

Game is just awesome. Incredibly awesome.
One thing though. Am i the only one that had to lower sfx/dialogue volume to like 3-4 and keep music maxed to actually hear the background music (WHICH IS SUPER AWESOME BTW)? Seems like a major oversight, or maybe it's because of some 5.1 issue making it really low volume dno.

I believe that later in the game, stealth becomes more difficult and augs become more interesting. You wont need so many augs for just shooting. Therefor xp rewards for stealth seem more appropriate, if you want to go that route.
Also, shooters can use a whole arsenal of weapons and explosives in the game, stealth people wont ever need. The amount of weapons and their upgrades makes up for the lesser rewards you get.
shooting = less augs, more weapons and upgrades
stealth = more augs, less need of weapons and upgrades

I figured out what was bothering me. There is no melee..no baton, no knife, no crowbar, no sword..
at least not that I've seen so far.
Kind of annoying that you can't break a fragile big box with a melee attack because you can't pick it up to throw it, but you'd make too much noise shooting it up.

How exactly is going stealth harder than going in frontal assault in this game?
There are rarely more than 2 or 3 enemies at one place, it's really easy to take them out 1 by 1 after another. Until now (back in Detroit for 2nd time) there were like 4 or 5 rooms maximum that required a lot of thinking to get through. Otherwhise it's just a matter of finding the ventilation shaft and going on. And when you get the cloaking aug, it's just a matter of waiting until your battery loads up again.
So I think you should be rewarded for going frontal assault as well, as that is at least at the start of the game the harder option, because you are always low on ammo and don't have many augs.
What you can always do is go the sneaky way first, finish your objective, get the "ghost" bonus and then go back and stun anyone with takedowns, now you won't lose that bonus XP...

Does knocking out enemies lead to not getting "Ghost" and "Smooth Operator" XP bonus?
1 and 2 are still amazing.
