Oh please, every time a goddamn game isn't cracked immediately after it's released, people start with the whole IT'S OVER scenario. Too bad it doesn't use some new DRM so some asshole would be on here telling everybody that this will NEVER BE CRACKED.
If you can't wait go buy it and show support for a apparently a great game. Personally i don't buy games so if it takes a month to crack i'll wait a month.

It was Alice: Madness Returns:
"Radical changes are coming, be sure you remember how spoiled you were!"
The significant changes I noticed are that they began releasing as Tinyiso games that you would expect under the Skidrow label as of lately, eg FNV DLC & EYE, maybe Bastion too, and they are not releasing updates to them (EYE doesn't even need to be cracked, they just need to release the updated files but they haven't, and Bastion updates are coming from Theta moments after their release on Steam but Tinyiso/Skidrow haven't released any of them)

Does anyone have any experience in buying it from steam, but using the ALI123 release instead of downloading it?
My connection is shit and it would take at least another 4-5 hours to download from steam. So I wanna buy it, and then copy over the files into steam folder so they don't have to be downloaded. Would that work? And what do I need aside from the Ali123 release files?

you're both wrong.
it was a pretty clear rpg-fps hybrid. less than a pure rpg, more than an fps with some rpg mechanics tacked on.

So purchased the Mission Pack, got the key, activated it on Steam... and now?
Nowhere do I see I own anything else than DX:HR. Granted, not at home right now so DX isn't installed on this machine but... is this ok??

People should chill about the lack of the scene release. It will come after DE is out in Europe just like in many previous cases, my bet friday evening or weekend. Don't know why, but there were very few games released after their premiere in the US and before EU one.

There were 2 fix repacks from skidrow a couple of days ago so they're alive.There are also "silent rules" for releases between the groups.That's why we see certain games from Theta,iso updates from tinyiso, specific releases from FLT etc.

I didn't say they are dead. And Theta isn't scene.

Also regarding Mission Pack... wtf? got two emails from G2Play.net regarding the purchase, in the second one it was like one dollar cheaper. Double debit or what?

AAAAARRRGH! I Couldn't wait anymore!
Here's how to play it now.
(For dummies, with cash, in Europe...)
Register at USAip
Connect to the friggin thing.
Buy the game at steam.
1. Preload the entire game. (from anywhere, put it in "\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common )
2. Exit Steam and find a US VPN, open Steam once you're on the VPN.
3. Decrypt/Unlock the game and run it at least once whilst still connect to the VPN.
4. Exit the game and Steam.
5. Disconnect from the VPN.
6. Go into the DE: HR Steam folder "Steam\steamapps\common\deus ex - human revolution"
7. Create a text file called "steam_appid.txt"
8. Inside that text file put the number: 28050
9. Save the file and then run the exe directly.
10. The game will now launch and you can play it without being on a VPN. "

However; your step advises people to BUY the game under the VPN and I think that's a very, very risky move ... because Valve can, and have, banned people for cheating the region lock to buy cheaper - out of region - games.
I will bet money on it..
