I unlocked it by VPN and it launches fine. But I think I'll just wait for the European release or crack.

vpn method doesn't work for me. steam says it's decrypting, but once it's done the files are still encrypted and trying to launch it in offline mode just gives me "the game is currently unavailable".

That's because the files doesn't decrypt even though steams says so.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution - How to make it work with LEGIT preload:
1. You need an US IP (VPN)
2. Login into Steam account and verify your Deus Ex files
3. Terminate Steam
4. Download this: xxxxxxxx
5. Copy everything into your steam/steamapps/common/deus ex human revolution folder
6. Start Steam
7. Start Deus Ex
8. Wait for installing to be finished
9. PLAY!
Works !
