WTF? I never got this before :\ Just wanted to see sth on youtube and this pops up :\

Weird, I don't see any clients in the admin page of the router :\
I would have figured out if someone has attached to my wireless (it's protected and I put some weird code combo, not password or 12345)...

Multiple people on your ISP use the same IP. Or it's a dynamic IP that previously belonged to a spammer, and now got assigned to you. Either way there is nothing you can do about it. Maybe reset the cable modem iirc. *shrugs*.
