I dont mind bearded or armored apes, it's like that in the original movies.. I also really loathe sci-fi going "we're going to make it realistic" lol.. the trailer was really disapointing.

I'm looking forward to it. I liked the original movie series (up to a point). The remake was okay.

See the original movie before watching this one, I noticed 5-6 things and I bet there was a lot more that I didnt pick up.

As for the movie - I really liked it! 8/10

Let my apes go!!!

i really liked the original planet of the ape movies. And the remake was okish too. But this one seems to go the same route that all scifi seems to take nowadays. An anti-science one. Like V turning into a preacher vs. evil technology-aliens. Or the lame ending of lost, etc. etc.

the original movie had the core concept of criticizing society's way of treating the working class through the view on slave-labour monkeys and their uprising. This just seems like another bullshit anti-genetics / anti-evolution / pro-christianity bullshit story-line.

I ll watch it, but i know i probably will hate it, if the trailer is any indication on the quality

I think if you start a movie with this attitude it can never turn out good!
