No problem, I've found the scans on somethingawful 
And the engine is TRU's but heavily modified. The good thing is the tools are made by Nixxes, same company that handles the PC version, so there's a higher chance of releasing mod tools since they are the ones that made them in the first place.
Although I don't think it'll happen, one can dream right?

I would love to buy this over steam but £29.99 is too expensive for a digital purchase when I can buy the retail for £22.99
However, shopto.net is selling the digital version for £19.99 and I hear that as the game is on steamworks, you will download it from steam anyway (and presumably it will be added to my account). So basically I get the game on steam for 1/3 cheaper, I like that.

DX11 only works partially in the beta and only the early alpha videos showcase some of the DX11 functionality via ATI demonstrations but what's used in this final build is unknown albeit character tessellation will probably remain and the increased post-process detail (Accurate depth of field and shadows and whatever else there was again.) unsure how customizable it would be but that DoF effect and tessellation if heavily utilized would hit performance pretty hard.
(In comparison to DX9, it might still run pretty good though as the game even in the beta version was highly optimized although it might not have the best visuals and it masks a lot of stuff via post-processing like this yellow color correction effect though it's also part of the games art and style of course.)

DX11 DOF works in the leak.
SSAO is mostly broken in both DX9 and DX11.
DX11 FXAA works.
DX11 tesselation I think it works (for some enemies)?

My only complaint about the performance was the minor stuttering that I had in dx9 when the game was loading new areas, otherwise the framerate was very good -always >40fps-
(I had a similar issue with the Crysis 2's beta and it was fixed in the final version, fingers crossed  )

me too , seeing that we both have similiar specs except that i have an ATI card
so it's diffidently not a driver issue |
I have an ATI card too (the 4870 1GB) , though some Nvidia users were experiencing the same issue as well (in dx9). |

Yep, with my GTX 460 and honestly it was pretty bad, which makes me all the more confident it has been fixed by now. In DX11 the issue was like 100 times less noticeable , so it seems something was just not working right in dx9 in the leak. (hehe, often it's the other way around, dx11 performing bad but not here )

Tessellation also works on Jensen, for example his knees and shoulders are more rounded with it turned on.
