i wanna crap a video, well a specific region of a window but all the way through. What's the best / easiest tool for this?

crap a video with tmpgenc xpress 3 you can do that: load up movie and select filter/crop

right well i found movie maker does it. it kinda makes it blurry so if any1 knows a specific way to increase it without the loss of quality please help Razz

i guess with wmv you always have some quality loss. and windows movie maker isnt really a good program for it. just save some movies under differents options, like: Lan or broadband or summat , maybe that will help or try sending me the video if its not to big
