I wanted this game SO much - I found it on Emule. Full English version of the game. And Megagames.com has a crack for the Starforce protection. Works really well. Surprising it's not on the BT network yet. Confused

Took a few days to find on BT for me after hearing about it on emule. But only 2 hours left. The demo seemed cool. I really liked the Syberia games so hoping Still Life is just as good.

I know. The same company made the games though. I meant that I hope they keep up the same quality.

It's more like Syberia 1 + 2 than CSI. The demo let you use forensic tools but that is where the similarity ENDS.

Still Life uses the same graphics engine, inventory system and interface as Syberia 1 + 2.

Actually - it is nothing LIKE the CSI games whatsoever!

I`ve been playing it for about an hour, game seems pretty interesting and well made so far.

Only annoying thing is the low resolution, that I don`t know how to change.

Do anyone know how to change the resolution to higher ??

ah, and it`s definetly more like Syberia than CSI series Wink

I don't think that you can change the resolution, otherwise the devs have hidden the option pretty well Very Happy

One of the best point & click type adventures I've ever played... utterly ruined by having one of the worst game endings ever (it's up there with the cop out of HL2 and 'just didn't bother to finish the game' of KotOR2). It wouldn't be quite so bad if there was any hope of a third game in the series, but since Microids' dev team was sold off to Ubi without the rights to their games, the odds of there being another seems slim to nil. The game also only took me less than 8 hours with only one peek at a walkthrough. It's not so much that the puzzles are too easy, just that they are fairly logical and you can actually figure them out.

Definitely worth playing anyway if you like this genre, especially with how rare it is to see a game that actually looks like it was made for adults--plenty of gore and language, some nudity, etc. I just wouldn't buy the thing even for $30 because of the SF protection, short length/zero replay, and abysmal ending.

Really one of the best adventure games ive ever played. Same feeling as Syberia I and Syberia II.
BTW, I have a CloneCD version, and it worked flawlessly. Besides that I changed the CD2 Clone to a CD2 including the crack. CD2 is the last disc needed for installation, so CD1->CD2->Copy Crack, works perfect!

or open cd 1 with UltraIso then mount cd 2 with dtools, open cd 2 ,drag data3.cab,stillife.dat & Data folder if asks overwrite, copy no-cd folder, dont forget to rename STILLLIFE_1 to STILLLIFE_2 if u want to play with minimum instalation ,save as Still life.iso ,thats it size should be 1.21gb Wink,i'm still laiughing from them trying to protect it with sf after releasing first demo without it Razz

Yes, is possible too. You can even add the files in the cabinet files if you want, but thats quite difficult...

Because it would be lame... releasing a game with crack that any one knows comes from a demo... You think... would you do something that stupid... Question
