Is this game honest worth getting I've nearly bought it a couple of times, to be honest I havent played online a lot but prefer PS3 as you dont seem to get as many kids playing.

A bluetooth headset for a mobile phone. You can get them for around £10 (like; for example)
As for M.A.G. it's a shame you can't rent it, otherwise I'd be able to see whether it was worth a punt or not. With Heavy Rain, God of War III, MLB 10: The Show, Yakuza 3... and maybe Final Fantasy... all in the space of next month (and I've still got to complete the God of War collection before the new one comes out)... I think I'll pass.

I put it back in the mail yesterday after 2 weeks of rental. People said its great if u persist with it. Well 2 weeks is more than enough time to figure out I dont like it. Good thing is the rental only cost me $10. So not a bad bargain.

I use a rental service called Lovefilm in the UK and they say it's not available for rental due to it being a multiplayer only title. Being an isolationist ignoramus I've (mistakenly?) assumed that would be the case everywhere else too...

I didn't like it much at first, and I still have a few gripes, but when you hit level 8 and can play at least Acquisition... damn it gets crazy fun.
It's awesome to have the inter-communication between just your squad and you see the other squads/platoons off doing their thing, all contributing to one massive effort over the whole map.
Gunplay is smooth and it works, but it's the atmosphere that really drives it home. The large battles are really intense, the maps have many different areas to pursue, and the squad/leader mechanics really work well.
Really enjoying the game since I hit level 8 (and since I bought the abilities to resurrect people, hehe).

I love this fucking game. Cant stop playing it. And, when I'm not playing it... all i'm doing is thinking about playing it.
Most fun I have had with an FPS in LOOOOONG while and I am NOT a big fan of FPS games on consoles. This one though is a different story.
1 stripe purple belt in JiuJitsu (good grief this takes FOREVER hahah)

Don't touch it, not for £499, it could have been put through horrendous use as well as being stolen.
As for MAG I hate everything about it.

Yeah you just get the debug firmware upgrade, currently 3.15 I think..
(Whatever you do do NOT try and run that on a retail) |

never had a lag issue but, im just shit at shooters on consoles. I still play occasionally but imo shooters need a mouse and keyboard
