They're a little behind. The patch released on 6 july is not 1.3.525 like they list in the nfo. It is version 1.4.0.525
|

In fact, the name of the release is: Fallout.New.Vegas.v1.4.525.Update.7-RDT, but the changelog is the same.

What do I need to install to get this up to date on a fresh install? Are all patches dependent on having the previous one installed? All DlC included in the patches?

The Skidrow update includes all previously released patches. You just install the game and use their latest update. As for the DLCs, Skidrow's update 7 doesn't include 'Honest Hearts.

If you're gonna use the Honest Hearts released by SKIDROW, you must install it in this order, because it includes an update (1.3.0.452), which means that if you install it last, the game won't be updated to the latest patch (1.4.0.525 - Update 7):

You will get a radio signal and a location on the map when you have installed the dlc. So just go there, but you may run into problems with a low level character.
