Seeing how there are a lot of britts here (and maybe this even applies to all of Europe?) I thought I'd just ask:

If a tracking number looks like this

CK123456789GB (I've obviously replaced the numbers so you can't track it )

What I'm wondering is - this package is supposed to go from the UK to Sweden, but isn't it supposed to contain the Swedish country code SE if it's coming here? What is CK?

CK no doubt stands for the declared value, so they know what packages to open and "lose" at the Royal Mail sorting office.

With it being Royal Mail you will be lucky to have it by 2015.

That number looks right though, dont know what the stuff stands for.

http://track.royalmail.com (Dont expect it to be accurate though, it is Royal Mail after all)

EDIT //

CK could be what it is sent as, Royal Mail have about 100000 million different class's of postage, I cant think what CK would be relevant too, but as I said before nothing makes sense with Royal Mail.

Yes, I've tracked it - thing is, there are 4 packages with separate tracking numbers.

Royal Mail offers no detail on how the package has traveled, it has said "In Progress" since it was sent. Now THREE of the four packages are listed as "Delivered", yet nothing has arrived. And it's four wheels so they should all come together at the same time..

Pretty sure that CK is either the type of package or the deal it is being sent under. Cant remember which

I remember reading about someone somewhere who had something sent internationally via Royal Mail and the tracking had said the same as yours, and it was at his local post office.

It may be worth giving them a ring maybe.

As to the three and not four, maybe they thought you had a Robin :Y

CK - Cook Islands but probably not in this case.

just check royal mail tracking numbers ive been given in the past
AH755250259GB

starts with AH instead of GB

thats a legit tracking number BTW but my postmans a dumbass and justs posts them through the door when they are suposed to be "signed for"

it mean i could complain i never recieved my order though and i got it resent Twisted Evil

the company will have been able to reclaim the full value so RM lost out Smile

Not sure what CK stands for but i don't think its a country code i think its more to do with what cargo holding it would go into.

If the package-s have been delivered somewhere else IE: Post Office, Next door neighbour they will get marked as delivered by RM...You might want to check if they have been signed for

If it's sent by mail, they will mark it as delivered when they hand it over to another delivery service or the customer. In case of international delivery, they might hand it over to some other service, which will go the rest of they way, but it will be marked as delivered from that point on.

In majority of cases Royal Mail marks it as delivered when the package has reached your border, this means that your local postal service has it and either it's ready to be picked up, or they are still delivering it to your area.

That is my experience with it anyway.

First two letters mean the type of courrier used (as in fast, slow, slower, 3 years and it might arrive...) and the last two are the country of origin.

It will probably take a while considering the size and weight of the packages. But I'd be worried with the delivered status. Call your local mail and ask them about it, using the tracking code you have (the one with CK GB, it remains the same internationally).
