Well.... this is game forum and this is a game discussion thread. Plus, my posts arent spam. Posting a game and "w00t" is spam.

And maybe your just picking me out of the crowd because I've posted alot of game threads, but I dont think you'd say jack about threads like.

http://www.nfohump.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6752
http://www.nfohump.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7722
http://www.nfohump.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10858

that are started months to a year in advance. And you'll notice that like the threads were intented for, are being used to discuss.

Nor do you have to post in threads that dont interest you, and if no one is interested it will leave the front page and molest you no more.

Silence noob. Discuss game or leave. And delete your last post, while you still can. Because our beckering posts are spam. Your moment has pasted someone has just "discussed" the game after you.

Besides templates are for game information too, not just releases so..... that before the game is released people can view ss, trailers and get an idea if they like/buy it or not. It also servers to info the people of a game in advance so they know whats on the horizon for release.

And how the hell do you get "one(2) week after+ release of game" when as soon as its released, some lazy ass posts it with just a link to some ss and a w00t? Because aint nobody following your timeframe.

BS BS BS

and

The demo was terrible.
Seemingly yet another beta pushed out as a demo.

I enjoyed playing Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance and Champions of Norrath on PS2 and this game is pratically the same engine witha funnier more humour plotline.

As I said, the demo was terrible, buggy, crap framerate and the control system sucked.

This ones gunna sink.

Yeah, I remember I played this all the way through when it came out, loved the humor and everything.

Also, there was one moment in this game that will stick with me forever:

Right of the start you can get a dog companion if I remember correctly, and he sticks with you all the time and you get quite attached to the little guy. Then, during some bossfight against a giant dragon or raven or something, the boss just lands on your dog and breaks his back. And that's it, no way to revive him or get around it, just dead. I still get sad when I think about it Sad

Heh, at least you get to summon his ghost form later on, he's still a happy little bugger then Smile

I think his death was supposed to be the archetypal "friend/love interest dies, you get revenge" type of thing.

A long time ago, way back in history, when all we had to drink was nothing but cups of tea, along came a man whose name was Charlie Mops and he invented a wonderful drink and he made it out of hops Very Happy

Still, I'd rather seen a proper Bards Tale instead of this (imo) PoS.
Bards Tale 1-3 are among the best games ever played by me.

Thanks! I thought that if they release a remastered game in 2013 it would work in Win8 as it is Rolling Eyes

Pretty sure this predates windows 8. Regardless of the info that says 2012, the "remastered" version was added to steam years ago.

edit: It works on some systems under win8 without changing anything. It'd be hard to say why it doesn't work on your machine.

Heh, so no one bothered to release it until now? Very Happy

Anyway it works great now and looks fine @1920x1080 except for fonts.
