It's not proven, he's a suspect for now, but there are tons of evidence (so they have already found something let's say "suspicious" at least) in his computer that will be analyzed and will likely link him to a crime or assisting the criminal activity of others.

I'm posting this here, cause I didn't want to open a new thread. It's not confirmed if it was LulzSec, but I thought I would just warn people so they secure their EA stuff, cdkeys, etc. just in case.

I know, but also read the chat extract at the bottom, there were some problems for several people trying to log into their EA accounts a couple of hours ago, and that was confirmed in the official forums (where I got this news from). It might be unrelated but being cautious will just take like three minutes to check or save your stuff.
