While I can't join you guys, if I see yer serious enough, I may be able to score a Sigil for you (needed to purchase guildhall, sellprice roughly 20-25k pp).
Keep an eye out for Zasben The Tainted's team takin over Hall o Heroes.
Held the HoH for 14 rounds yesterday, and not a single fookin Sigil assigned to me, have pity

You can't "buy" one directly off an NPC per se.
You need a Celestial Sigil. The only way to obtain these is via winning a round in the Hall of Heroes (one sigil drops, randomly assigned to a group member, per round won).
The Hall of Heroes is the last round in the Tomb of Primeival Kings tournament style knockout matches.
Don't expect to get anywhere with pickup groups. The playerbase in this game is 90% kiddies/morons, of which very few grasp any sort of tactics or common courtesy (such as leaving in the middle of a match). A large part of this is due to the ability to instantly create a level 20 PvP character. As a result, alot of newbies jump right in, not knowing the slightest thing about their role/limitations, leading to useless pickup groups that last at the very best, 2 of a possible 6-7 rounds.
You have to find yourself a core group of players which you either know in real life, or through those countless horrible groups you'll go through at first.
Once you've found some intelligence, stay in contact at all costs, as these people are rare. Eventually, once you've found a good mix, get together and filter out these people further for a match group consisting of 8. Won't be postin our class combinations, sorry 
As I posted above, you can buy one from someone who's already gotten one via winning a HoH match. The going rate is anywhere from 20-30k, usually falling in the middle.

Also, unless you already have a core group of people like this in your guild, you don't NEED a Guild Hall. The primary function is to host Guild vs. Guild PvP, that's it. No buildings, no storage, nothing. Its just like your own private arena.
You can VISIT each one by going to the guy on the boat at Lions Arch.
Most guilds choose Druids for strategic reasons, however I sure as hell love Isle of The Dead

Just to clear things up:
Avirox told me yesterday that he got another invite from another guild and he was wondering if there are two NFOrce guilds. There is only one NFOrce guild with the name of Grandeur of NFOrce[GoN].
Seems like some guilds are desperate to get new members
