I'm stuck in level 2-3, when you first encounter a fireworks launcher, you turn it on to get past a door but then when you get past that door there is nothing i can do! I'm in this small space with nowhere to go! really weird!

After one more hour spent with this game I can say Im lovin it..  And I was so skeptical when I watched all that gameplay clips and trailers.
I love the style , music , humour , craziness , puzzles ( they are not hard to solve but maybe they will be harder later on )...gfx are nice suits the game , enviroments are not so detailed ( low textures ) but character models look nice. Yeah it's a bit bloomy , but I don't mind..as I said it suits the style somehow..
Combat is fun also , it can be clunky..but nothing serious until you learn how to play properly. There are upgrades also and crazy weapons.
It's original , it's fresh..and that's what matters the most at least for me..

I'm at 4-5, and i'm loving this game.
The style reminds me a bit of DMC, combined with quite a few dick jokes and lots of all around insanity.
Small spoiler regarding an upgrade
 Spoiler: | You get an upgrade for the handgun called the Big Boner, it basically enlarges the handgun barrel and holds it between his legs.  |
Also, make sure you open all of the books you find. These are some of the most hilarious short tales i've seen, and the way the skull reads them, bahahah.

Yeah , I was in same situations when playing many games..but this time I done it instantly , it was somehow logical..dunno..u know the feeling.

I'd say about 4-5 hours. It's not very long, it ends at 5-5.
