My expectations weren't high, now they're ruined. Ah, too bad, guess I'll stick with replaying the good old ones over and over again.

Is it just me or have they incorporated some of Olyphant's features in how Mr. 47's face?

Looks much different than Blood Money Mr. 47.

Super-brutal action, more scripted and smaller levels, that's what the fans were craving.

Pressing the Instinct button, however, temporarily increases the effectiveness of his disguise - in this instance, it causes 47 to incline his head towards his police radio while walking past the cops.

That has to be a joke although we all know it isn't. Oh man, that preview killed me from laughter. How derpish.

Have any of you even played the game? No? Then you have no legal right to complain!
Did any of you have a hand in the development? No? Then until you better, you have no right to complain!

It's funny, but Hitman 2 was very dissapointing to me too because of the added "kill 'em all" possibilities(and the abominable Saint-Petersburg level! I live here, and believe me, it's not that ugly and people tend to speak proper Russian Laughing ). But that was almost 10 years ago, when grass was green and sky was blue... and there were no derps to please Wink Maybe we can expect something grand from Hitman 6 and 7 Laughing

Hitman 2 was a very ugly game even for that time, except for the first 2 levels (church and Italian villa). these 2 levels looked complitly different from the rest of the game, as if it was made by a different company.

Hitman 2 was fucking awesome, what the hell are you guys talking about ?
Codename 47 wasn't that good, except for lighting and ragdoll the game wasn't that good, it was really sloppy actually.
My favorite is Contracts though, felt more grown up and serious, dark in tone and i loved that.

To be honest though i'm having a tough time getting back to the Hitman 2, 3 style of gameplay from Blood Money.

I replayed Hitman 1 less then a month ago, and damn the shooting feels incredible, it just feels so rewarding killing someone Twisted Evil it is one of the few games that made it right. The incredible music and the jungle level ( the best looking jungle before far cry came out).

Looks kind of like they mixed Timothy Olyphant with 47's face from Blood Money. But as for the game itself...what the fuck were they thinking? It's like a checklist of all the WRONG things to do.

Definitely damage control, but I must say, if it creates a better game, then why knock it? Proof that complaining does actually change things for the better.

I'm actually not surprised that they might have some hardcore players on their team.

Splinter Cell just doesn't seem to attract many hardcore players, probably explains why conviction is horrible.

As long as I'm never forced to use my gun or be seen by another person, i'm happy.
